Tot, Kid, Teen Class Descriptions:
Skills and Drills: We will create a fun environment while incorporating strength training, aerobics, hand eye coordination, paying attention to detail, healthy nutrition, learning proper workout ethics, knowledge of the different muscle groups, and building self esteem. This program will get your children active again in a fun, positive, structured environment. You will see your children improve their overall physical well-being and self confidence while decreasing early onset of diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, and many others.
Pilates and Yoga include focusing on moving the body with controlled breath, gaining a better understanding of how their bodies work, quickly learning how to dedicate themselves to the task at hand, and in a group setting it will improve socialization skills and confidence. Medical studies also indicate that many children, especially those with autism, ADD/ADHD and Down’s syndrome, gain valuable coping and concentration skills through the practice of Yoga and Pilates.
***The federal government's dietary guidelines suggest that children and teens should be physically active at least 60 minutes on most days, if not every day!

Tot class: These classes are for tots ages 3-6. We will empower youngsters by helping them acquire the skills, confidence and positive self-image needed to become healthy young adults. We are committed to nurturing children, treating them with understanding and positive reinforcement, maintaining a supportive and noncompetitive atmosphere, and making learning fun and exciting. Our unique class programs are formulated so that youngsters will succeed. These classes are held at the same time as adult classes so that you may enjoy a full hour of working out for your well being also.
Key ingredients to a great workout include a good pair of athletic shoes, towel, water, and the desire to work up a sweat!
